Returns & Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return & refund:

  1. Item Lost In Transit
  2. Item in unusable, torn apart or broken condition
  3. Item color or size are different from what you ordered

Returns & Refunds process after emailing us:

  • Send us the item in question at Aigaiou pelagous, 62, 15341 Athens, Greece.
  • As soon as we receive it, we issue a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
